Viewing catch rules

A workspace may have many catch rules assigned to it. You can list all of the catch rules or perform a simple search to find a specific catch rule.

To view all catch rules:

  1. View the property page of any folder.
  2. In the ribbon, in the Folder group, click Kronomail rules. The catch rule query page appears.
  3. Click List. The list of all catch rules in the workspace appears. The folder to which a catch rule is applied appears in Target folder.
  4. To view the options of a specific catch rule, click its name in the list.

To find a specific catch rule:

  1. View the property page of any folder.
  2. In the ribbon, in the Folder group, click Kronomail rules. The catch rule query page appears.
  3. Type search parameters using the descriptions in the following table. The asterisk (*) wildcard character is supported to match any number of characters.
Catch rule query parameters
Parameter Description

Name

The name of the catch rule.

Mail from

The email address of the sender specified in the catch rule.

Mail to

The email address of the recipient specified in the catch rule.

Forwarded from

The email address of the original recipient of which a message was forwarded from a different user.

Mail subject

All or part of the message subject specified in the catch rule.
  1. Click Query catch rules. A list of all catch rules in the workspace that match the query parameters appears. The folder to which a catch rule is applied appears in Target folder.
  2. To view the options of a specific catch rule, click its name in the list.
